Orchard Rise

Nine family homes around a retained orchard, in one of the Ribble Valley's most sought-after villages.

The development

Nine homes around an old orchard

Orchard Rise takes its name from the apple and damson trees that have stood on this plot since the 1900s. We’re keeping every one of them.

The homes are arranged in a loose horseshoe around the orchard, which becomes a shared green for residents. Expect three- and four-bedroom detached homes in reclaimed-effect brick and render, with timber porches, deep front gardens and views out across open farmland towards Beacon Fell.
