Built properly, built to last
Good homes don’t come down to one clever feature. They come from hundreds of small decisions made carefully, in the right order, by people who’ll still be around in ten years.
Small by choice
Schemes of six to twenty homes. Few enough that we know every plot, every buyer and every neighbour by name.
Fabric first
Thick insulation, airtight construction and triple glazing before any technology, so homes stay warm and cost little to run.
Landscape led
Hedgerows kept, trees planted and a wildflower meadow on every site. The setting comes first and the layout follows it.
Looked after
A ten-year new-home warranty, a two-year Meadow Rise aftercare promise and one number to call for both.
Keep the heat in, then heat the home
Most of a home’s running cost is decided by its walls, roof, floor and windows, not its boiler. So that’s where we spend first.
Our homes use high-performance insulation throughout, triple glazing and carefully detailed junctions to cut out cold bridges. Every home is air-tested before handover, and we aim for at least twice the airtightness that Building Regulations require. Once the envelope is right, a modest air-source heat pump and solar panels can do the rest, and we target an EPC rating of A on every plot.

The same small team carries each scheme from the first site visit to the last aftercare call.
Find the right site
Small sites on the edges of real communities, with good walking access to shops, schools and transport.
Design for the place
Local materials, existing hedges and trees, and layouts shaped by sun and slope rather than by a standard template.
Build with local trades
A site manager on every scheme every day, and trades we know by name, most of them from within twenty miles.
Look after you
A demonstration on handover day, a check-in visit at three months, and two years of Meadow Rise aftercare.

Leave every site greener than we found it.Our biodiversity commitment
More nature, not less
Every Meadow Rise scheme is designed to deliver at least a 10% biodiversity net gain, and we aim higher wherever the site allows.
In practice that means keeping mature hedgerows and trees, sowing native wildflower meadows instead of ornamental lawns in shared spaces, fitting bird and bat boxes to every home, leaving hedgehog gaps in fences, and using sustainable drainage ponds that double as wildlife habitat.
